I agree that neither this application nor its parts will be distributed, and that it will be installed directly into phones that run the Symbian operating system and that use a SIM card from Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s. I also agree that this application will not be misused to develop new software applications. I'm aware that the application tabulates monthly statistics and sends them via SMS to Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s.
