For better communication
To speed up your communication with the Corporate Account Line, we recommend that you appoint a contact person in your company. A form that authorizes this individual to be your company's contact person is available here (in Czech only). Send the filled in form to the Business and Corporate Account Line by fax or by post to the above-mentioned address.
If you are the contact person and you're not calling the Corporate Account Line from your contact number, you'll be asked for your company's identification number. It is not necessary to provide this identification number to report service interruptions.
What is the identification number?
- a four- to five-digit number created for communication with the Corporate Account Line
- needs to be entered into the automated voice system of the Corporate Account Line
- speeds up customer identification
- minimizes the possibility of unauthorized meetings held on your company's behalf
- in the event of loss, a new one can be sent via post
