Listening to messages
- Dial the number *99. You will immediately hear the first message left for you.
- To listen to your messages when calling from a different telephone or when you are abroad dial the number: +420 602 98 98 98.
Options during message playback
4 - dial the caller's telephone number
5 - delete the message
6 - skip to the next message
Other options
0 - message details (who left it and when)
9 - return to main menu, where you can change your voice
mail settings
Instant callback
You can easily and quickly call the person who left a message for you. Voice Mail dials the number by itself - no need to jot down or remember the caller's number. Once you finish your call, you can press the pound key (#) to return directly to where you left off in the voice mail system and continue listening to your messages. If you simply hang up upon completing your call, your connection with voice mail will also be terminated.
Recording your greeting
Your Voice Mail contains the standard default message:
- Dovolali jste se do schránky 602 XXX XXX. Zanechte zprávu po zaznění tónu. (You have reached the voice mailbox for 602 XXX XXX. Please leave a message after the tone.)
You can replace this message with your own greeting or information, for example that you are out of the country and unable to receive calls.
To record your greeting, dial *99 and select menu option 3, followed by menu option 1.
