Direct debit
(How to pay - detailed information about the service.)
Direct debit is easiest way to pay for your services. After you set up the direct debit your bills will be automatically paid on time every month.
How to set up a direct debit
- Ask your bank to set a direct debit payment to O2. The O2 account is:
- 6007-0700103393/0300 if you’re paying for fixed network services
- 500114004/2700 if you’re paying for mobile network services
- Call our Customer Care Line for free (800 02 02 02 or *11 from a mobile network in the O2 network), and let us know that you’re setting up direct debit.
- If set up the direct debit seven working days or more before your bill is due, your next invoice will be paid by direct debit. The money will leave your account sometime between the date the invoice was issued and the payment due date.
How to set a maximum payment for your direct debit
- Choose an amount that covers your expected monthly spending, and a bit extra to cover any extra calls.
- The amount has to be in Czech Crowns and the minimum limit is CZK 500.
- The direct debit limit you give us and the limit you set up with your bank has got to be the same.
- If the bill is more than your direct debit limit, the direct debit will not go through. We’ll send you the bill, and a note letting you know what happened. You can pay using a bank transfer or money order.
Setting a higher limit saves the hassle of making a bank transfer. Don’t worry that we’ll overbill you: You’ll still get detailed bills, and if you’re unhappy about something you can submit a complaint before or after you’ve paid. We’ll accept complaints up to two months after the bill. More about complaints
