| 1. | Switch to us for free Visit any O2 Shop or call 800 02 02 02 and press 5. If you want a postpaid tariff, visit an O2 shop, bringing two forms of ID including your citizen's card. |
| 2. | No charge, no waiting It’s completely free, and you can start with us right away using a temporary number. We’ll let you know when your old number has been reactivated. |
| 3. | And that's it! You'll receive an order identification number (or PAC). Then you’ll need to send a service cancellation request to your current operator, or we’ll send it for you. |
We'll change your temporary number to your old number on a pre-agreed date, sometime between midnight and 2am. Your old SIM with the other provider will be deactivated, and your temporary number will be changed for your original one.
