1. Switch to us
Visit any O2 Shop or call 800 02 02 02, then press 5. If you want to switch to a postpaid tariff, you will need your citizen's identification card and a second piece of identification.
2. You get benefits immediately
You can start using your selected services right away with the temporary number that we give you. On a set date, this number will be changed for your original one.
3. We take care of you
You'll receive an order identification number (known as a PAC). You can use this for communicating with your current operator and with us. After this, it is necessary to submit a service cancellation request to your current operator. If you wish, we can have this sent to our O2 Shop on your behalf.

On a set date, your temporary O2 number will be changed to your original number. Between midnight and 2am, the SIM card of your original operator will be deactivated and your temporary number on the O2 SIM card will be changed for your original one.

We'll inform you of every step via SMS.

The process of transferring a phone number can be terminated up until the moment both operators approve the transfer date.
