T-Mobile customers
If you use a prepaid Twist card
Dial the phone number 4603. Then dial 3 – 7 – 1 followed by the identification number (PAC) that you received from O2.
If you pay a monthly postpaid fee
Send your request for contract cancellation to: Customer Center (Business), T-Mobile Czech Republic, a.s., Tomíčkova 2144/1, 149 00 Praha 4.
Print the request to cancel a contract with T-Mobile.
In the cancellation request, state
- name and surname
- reason for cancellation (porting number to another operator)
- the 11-digit number porting order identification number (PAC ID)
- your phone number in the nine-digit format
- date and signature

Vodafone customers
To cancel your contract with the operator, send an SMS in this format:
- PRENOS OBJ 1234 PAC to 7700
- 1234 is your password for communicating with an operator (you can change it at any time)
- PAC is the eleven-digit order identification number for porting phone numbers
- There is a space between each of the keywords "PRENOS" and "OBJ" and "1234" and "PAC"
