Come to us, keep your number

1. Switch to us for free
Visit any O2 Shop or call 800 02 02 02 and press 5. If you want a postpaid tariff, visit an O2 shop, bringing two forms of ID including your citizen's card.
2. No charge, no waiting
It’s completely free, and you can start with us right away using a temporary number. We’ll let you know when your old number has been reactivated.
3. And that's it!
You'll receive an order identification number (or PAC). Then you’ll need to send a service cancellation request to your current operator, or we’ll send it for you.

We'll change your temporary number to your old number on a pre-agreed date, sometime between midnight and 2am. Your old SIM with the other provider will be deactivated, and your temporary number will be changed for your original one.

We'll keep you posted by SMS.

How to cancel your old contract

The process of transferring a phone number can be cancelled up to the point when both operators approve the transfer date.
