How to cancel your contract with T-Mobile

If you use the prepaid Twist card

By phone

Call 4603 from the number you want to transfer
Select 3-8-1 from the automated voice menu
Enter the 11-digit identification number of your order (PAC)

Online if you are registered at T-zones

Go to My T-Mobile at www.t-zones.cz
Select Your Contract from the menu on the left
Enter the required information for the number port and the 14-digit identification number (PAC) and SIM card number (ICCID)

If you use a postpaid tariff

In written form to:
Customer Centre (Business)
T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s.
Tomíčkova 2144/1,
149 00 Praha 4.

Your request should include:

reason for cancellation: "number transfer to another operator"
customer name and surname
11-digit identification number (PAC)
customer Contract number
password: four-digit number used for communication with T-Mobile
phone number: the nine-digit number (e.g. 605 123 456) in the T-Mobile network that you want to transfer to O2
subscriber Contract number ( this number refers to the phone number)

You will find this information in the Order Form for T-Mobile Network Services ( part 1, part 2) which you signed upon activation of your tariff mobile number, or in your invoice.

How to cancel your contract with Vodafone

If you use a prepaid card

(Vodafone Card or, formerly, Oskarta)

By SMS:

Send an SMS with the keyword PRENOS OBJ 1234 PAC to the phone number 7700.

1234 is a four- or six-digit number - the password for communication with the operator (unless you have selected a different one)
PAC is the 11-digit identification of your number transfer order
enter a space between "PRENOS" and "OBJ" and "1234" and "PAC"

If you use a postpaid tariff

By SMS:

Send an SMS with the keyword PRENOS OBJ 1234 PAC to the phone number 7700.
