Texting a foreign number only costs CZK 5.
That includes VAT. A foreign number is any number that doesn't start +420. The price of texting a Czech number (one that does start +420) is always the same, even if the mobile isn't in the Czech Republic.
You can't use your free texts or bundles to send messages to foreign numbers.
