Sending SMS messages
Enter 1470 as the message center (SMS center 1) of the SMS
terminal. Now you can send messages.
Receiving SMS messages
You have to activate the Calling Line Identity Presentation
(CLIP) service to be able to receive SMS messages in text
format via your fixed line. Then you have to enter 1470 as the
message centre (SMS center 2)..
If CLIP is not activated or SMS center 2 is set incorrectly,
SMS messages are delivered as voice messages.
SMS center settings
Press MENU to enter the SMS terminal settings
- Use arrows to select the SMS center, and confirm by pressing OK/DIAL
- Select SMS center 1 (default value 1111) and change to 1470
- Use arrows to select SMS center 2 (empty) and change to 1470
- Press OK/DIAL and leave the MENU by pressing ESC
