Restricted Outgoing Calls

Restricted Outgoing Calls fully administrated by the customer

(Restricted Outgoing Calls - detailed information about the service.)

Using a password, you can block your phone from calling individual groups of numbers at any time. Conversely, you can also permit your phone to call these numbers. You will be assigned a password (a four-digit code) during service activation. With the self-administration option, activation and usage of Restricted Outgoing Calls is free for fixed and digital lines.

The service can only be administrated from phones with keypads. We offer all customers with rotary phones the opportunity to exchange their old phones for devices with keypads.

For digital lines, the service is activated for specific phone numbers (MSN) assigned to digital lines. This means that a phone number must be configured in the phone or modem on which the Restricted Outgoing Calls service is being activated.
