Ordering Welcome Melodies

You can order Welcome Melodies by visiting the O2 Active portal, by calling *66, or by sending an SMS.
O2 Active
A list of all melodies, sounds, and taglines we offer can be found at the O2 Active portal:

on the Internet
at the WAP address www.o2.active.cz, in the English > Download > Welcome Melodies section

Call *66
Simply call *66 from your mobile phone, listen to the melodies, and order as you like. Please note, the call is not toll-free.
Send an SMS
To order a new Welcome Melody, send an SMS containing the text UM and the ID number of the Welcome Melody to the phone number 999888. More SMS commands can be found at the bottom of this page.

Assigning Welcome Melodies

In addition to ordering Welcome Melodies, the O2 Active portal can be used to assign them according to your needs.
You can assign Welcome Melodies:

to all callers
to a specific person or caller group
to a particular time of day
to play in a random order
to play during work hours (which you define)

All these can be done via the O2 Active portal:

on the Internet
at the WAP address www.o2.active.cz, in the English > Download > Welcome Melodies section
via SMS (see below)

SMS commands

You can order and assign Welcome Melodies simply by sending keywords via SMS. These SMS messages should always be sent to the phone number 999888.

Here are the keywords, and what action they perform:

UM [Welcome Melody number]
This sets a new melody as the default melody for all callers.
UM [Welcome Melody number] [telephone number]
This sets a new melody for a specific caller.

Note: when sending a keyword, do not put the melody number or phone number in brackets
