- call with your prepaid O2 SIM card the way you would normally, using the international format
- your phone must have at least CZK 30 of credit on it in order to use roaming
- some countries and operators require you to use the code *101*+420 XXX XXX XXX# when calling with a prepaid card
- you pay fees for making calls, receiving calls, texting, and sending MMS messages while abroad according to your roaming tariff
When you are abroad you can top up your credit using a voucher bought in the Czech Republic, through internet banking and O2 GSM Banking, and by calling the Customer Care Center (+420 720 720 720 – the price of the call is the same as for an outgoing call from abroad).
