Voice mail while abroad

- to listen to your messages call the phone number +420 602 98 98 98 (*101*+420 602 989 898# for prepaid cards)
- the voice mail service may ask you to enter your phone number in the national format (e.g.: 602 XXX XXX) – upon entering the number, confirm it by pressing the pound key (#) – and a security code – upon entering it, confirm it by once again pressing the pound key (#)
When you cannot be reached while abroad, and somebody calls your number and the call gets forwarded to your voice mail, you pay a roaming fee for an incoming call to your number and a roaming fee for an outgoing call for calling your voice mail. When listening to the message in your voice mail you pay a roaming fee for an outgoing call based on your roaming tariff.
If you are in a European Union country or in Liechtenstein, Norway, or Iceland, you only pay an outgoing call roaming fee for listening to your message in your voice mail; the amount is based on your roaming tariff.
If you have your voice mail turned on permanently and do not want to pay for incoming calls when you are abroad, we recommend that you turn off your voice mail while you are on holiday.
