How to make a call

1. In the Czech Republic, enter the toll-free access number 822 11 22 44.
   When abroad, enter the access number of the given country indicated on the information leaflet and press 2 to select the Prepaid Card service.
   

2. Enter the card's number and press #
   

3. Dial the number:
   for calls to or from the Czech Republic:
   national subscriber's number and press #
   for international calls:
   00 + the country's area code + the subscriber's number and press #
   or use enhanced dialling by pressing the appropriate number between 1 and 9, and press #
   

4. Another call: hold the line and wait for a message
   

5. To correct: press *

Changing card parameters

Calls to make a change as well as the changes themselves are free of charge.

1. Enter access number 823 11 22 44
   

2. Select language: 1 - Czech; 2 - English; 3 - German; 4 - French
   

3. Enter the card's number and press #
   

4. Enter the card setting code and press #
   

5. Press a number to select the desired operation:
   1 - Change your PIN; 2 - Set enhanced dialling;
   3 - Restore/Disable your card; 4 - Set language

• You will find your card setting code in the information leaflet.

• Do NOT insert your O2 Karta X Plus into a public payphone.

• The O2 Karta X Plus is ready for use from the date indicated on it.

• Claims are handled by TELEFÓNICA O2 CZECH REPUBLIC - TELEPOINT stores.

Please note: If you enter your PIN, please remember it. The system will require this PIN. A lost PIN does not constitute grounds for a claim to be admitted. You may enter a wrong PIN no more than three times while attempting to make a single call.
