New customers with a contract
If:
- you have had a contract with us for less than three months
- you have a postpaid voice tariff
- you have paid your first invoice in full and on time
then O2 Easy Roaming has been activated for you and your roaming tariff is automatically set as O2 Eurotarif, which you can replace with a different roaming tariff based on your needs.
O2 Easy Roamingis an O2 Roaming variant that we activate for you
- after you pay your first invoice
- you do not pay any deposits or activation fees
- it enables calling within the country you are visiting and to the Czech Republic
- it has no limits with regards to other services (receiving calls, surfing, sending SMS messages, etc.)
If you wish to use the O2 Roaming service immediately, you only need to pay a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 that we will return to you after three months.
Current customers with a contract
If:
- you have had a contract with us for longer than three months
- you have a postpaid voice tariff
- you have paid your last three invoices in full and on time
then the O2 Roaming service has been activated for you and your roaming tariff is automatically set as O2 Eurotarif, which you can replace with a different roaming tariff based on your needs.
If you do not meet these conditions and you wish to use the O2 Roaming service immediately, you only need to pay a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 that we will return to you after three months.
Prepaid O2 customers
Roaming is active on your prepaid O2 SIM card at the moment of purchase. You automatically have O2 Eurotarif activated, which is suitable for making calls and sending SMS messages, especially within EU countries.
TIP: Remember that calling and downloading data abroad is not included in your monthly fee for mobile voice and/or data services, which only cover calling and data transmissions within the Czech Republic.
