Special rules for providing services to the disabled and underprivileged are specified in the operating conditions and in the pricelist.
Telefónica is obliged to provide physically disabled people with:
- access to emergency numbers
- access to participants' phone numbers
- the choice of an operator or an entrepreneur providing public electronic communications services (Access CS, Access CPS)
- the lease or sale of one specially-equipped telecommunications device (hereafter referred to as a special phone) for a subsidized price
The customer chooses the special phone that best compensates their physical disability. The lease price is CZK 24 (CZK 28.80 including VAT) per month. A special phone can be purchased for CZK 382 (CZK 458.40 including VAT) .
The type of phone device selected (depending on the type of disability) can be specified in the request form.
Telefónica is obliged to provide disabled and underprivileged people with:
- special prices for publicly available phone and data services - these prices are provided in the form of an O2 Discount and a state allowance for ZTP
