Detailed instructions

Business conditions

These business conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding business conditions.

Effective April 1, 2008, the Fair User Policy (FUP), which reduces a customer's connection speed after the customer exceeds their monthly data transfer limit, will no longer apply to O2 Internet ADSL subscribers. During a disproportional data transfer, the provider reserves the right to manage the flow of data within the network, especially in the event of overloaded backbone connections. The provider reserves the right to selectively limit the flow of the backbone network to facilitate optimal network service for all users.

The FUP will be cancelled for customers using the service with PPPoA protocol on the condition that they change to PPPoE protocol. In the event that they keep using PPPoA protocol, the existing FUP, valid until April 1, 2008 for customers using PPPoE protocol, will remain in effect.

O2 Internet ADSL Extreme

If you are using the O2 Internet ADSL Extreme service, from April 1, 2008 you get Enhanced Service Support, which ensures you guaranteed service in the event of a malfunction. At the same time, the management of data flow as stated in the business conditions above will not apply to you. Should you decide to change your service to one of the O2 Internet ADSL variants, you can submit a request for this change in the My Account application. Price changes are in accordance with the valid xDSL pricelist (.pdf, Czech only).

From April 1, 2008 the O2 Internet ADSL Extreme service will not be offered to new customers.
