- What is O2 Internet Komplet?

O2 Internet Komplet is a service that provides you with both fixed and mobile Internet access in a single package.
The package contains:- A fixed-line Internet connection with speed options that are identical to those available for O2 Internet ADSL and O2 Internet ADSL Extreme
- A mobile CDMA Internet connection with a maximum speed of 1024 kb/s
- For whom is O2 Internet Komplet intended?
- O2 Internet Komplet is intended for all customers who are interested in acquiring both mobile and fixed Internet connections.
- Can I order O2 Internet Komplet if I already use an Internet connection service (O2 Internet ADSL or O2 Internet Mobil 512)?
- Yes you can. Our offer also applies to customers who already use O2 Internet ADSL or O2 Internet Mobil. If you already have a fixed Internet connection, you can extend your access by installing a mobile link and vice-versa. If you preferred mobile Internet communication in the past, you can now install an Internet connection on your fixed line as well. The package will save CDMA users who migrate to O2 Internet Komplet over 30% on mobile CDMA communication.

O2 Internet Komplet provides several benefits in one package:
- You pay regular monthly fees that are lower than what they would be for separate subscriptions
- With service activation, you have the opportunity to buy ADSL and CDMA modems at fantastic prices
- Package activation will cost you no more than CZK 1
- You get access to WiFi hot spots within the O2 Hot Spot service
- You only need one login name and one password in order to use both types of connection
- What is the activation fee?

O2 Internet Komplet is available in two variants:
- Variant A: including a 12-month commitment – minimal installation fee, of CZK 1 (CZK 0.84 excl. VAT)
- Variant B: without any commitment – activation will cost you CZK 1,179 (990 excl. VAT)
- I subscribe to O2 Internet Mobil 512, or O2 Internet ADSL, with a 12 to 24-month commitment. What will happen to this commitment when I migrate to O2 Internet Komplet?

If you migrate from an O2 Internet ADSL subscription with a commitment, the elapsed time will be forwarded to your O2 Internet Komplet commitment.
If you migrate from O2 Internet Mobil, you will have to settle the relevant commitment; in some cases migration without settlement will also be enabled (a more detailed procedure is pending). - What kind of options are available as part of your O2 Internet Komplet offer?

- What will happen if I cancel the O2 Internet Komplet service before my 12-month commitment expires?
- If the service includes a time commitment this commitment must be settled. The same applies to a commitment for a CDMA modem.
- I am a mobile Internet user who subscribes to O2 Internet Mobil. Can I migrate to O2 Internet Komplet without having a fixed line?

O2 Internet Komplet is only available to customers with fixed lines.
If you do not have a fixed line, you can order one together with O2 Internet Komplet. Before you order the service, please make sure that the service is available to you by visiting our online O2 Shop, stopping in at an O2 Shop, or calling the toll-free O2 Line at 800 02 02 02. - I am an O2 Internet ADSL subscriber. If I migrate to O2 Internet Komplet, will the technical parameters of my fixed Internet connection change?
- No, they will not. Unless you request that your connection speed be changed, all technical parameters of your fixed-line connection will remain unchanged, even with the O2 Internet Komplet service.
- What will happen once I have used up all the time allocated for mobile communication?
- Once this time has been spent, Internet access will be disabled. However, using Timeklik at the Moje konto portal will enable you to extend your limit. The Moje konto portal will also show you how much time you have used up so far.
- How will I be billed for O2 Internet Komplet?
- Billing for O2 Internet Komplet will begin five days after the delivery of an e-mail message notifying the client of the service activation.
- What will happen if I consume the defined CDMA time limit?

In the event that you have used up all your CDMA time, you can buy a service, TimeKlik, which will enable you to raise your limit. TimeKlik is available through Moje konto.
The additional time limit that has not been used can be transfered to other billing periods.
