The following terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.
The shopping process in our eShop is available in Czech only.
Special montly fees for the Internet Optimal and Internet Active tariffs apply for the first year if home internet service is newly set up with a twelve-month commitment. Customers will be charged the standard monthly fee from the 13 th month. This offer is valid until 31 March 2012.
If the contract is cancelled before the commitment expires, customers will be charged a fee of CZK 333 for each month remaining of the commitment.
Setup of home internet service is conditioned by confirmation of its availability. The flow of data with the Internet Start, Internet Optimal and Internet Active tariffs can be controlled, e.g. if the network is overloaded.
Price of home internet from the 13 th month
Before the end of your first 12 months using home internet, we'll contact you and you can decide what speed and monthly fee to choose.
