What happens when you submit your eShop order?
- We confirm your online order
You'll receive a confirmation SMS and email containing your order details. - We arrange the details with you
Within three days we'll contact you regarding your available connection speed. If you do not have a connection yet, we'll arrange for an O2 technician to set it up for you for free. - We help you with installation
Depending on what method of installation you choose in your order, we'll either send you a self-installation package (modem and simple instructions) or we'll arrange for an O2 technician to install the service for you for a fee in accordance with our pricelist.
The shopping process in our eShop is available in Czech only.
