What happens when you submit your eShop order?

  1. We confirm your online order
    You'll receive a confirmation SMS and email containing your order details.
  2. We arrange the details with you
    Within three days we'll contact you regarding your available connection speed. If you do not have a connection yet, we'll arrange for an O2 technician to set it up for you for free.
  3. We help you with installation
    Depending on what method of installation you choose in your order, we'll either send you a self-installation package (modem and simple instructions) or we'll arrange for an O2 technician to install the service for you for a fee in accordance with our pricelist.
