Frequently Asked Questions

Can I connect to the internet on more than one computer at a time?

Yes, we'll provide a WiFi modem, which means you can connect to up to four computers via ethernet and an unlimited number of computers via WiFi. But remember that connecting multiple computers lowers your connection speed.

Is there a limit to how long can I be online, or how much data I can download?

No, your connection is unlimited.

I’m moving to a new address. What happens to my Home Internet?

Instead of canceling the internet at your old place and reordering it for your new one, ask us to transfer your line. We’ll move your internet and other fixed line services for free on the date you choose. It won’t affect your contract, and there’s no penalty or fee. More
