Get mobile internet in seconds by calling us for free on 800 02 02 02. We’ll mail you a SIM card and contract. You mail back the signed contract. If you order a mobile internet modem with your tariff it will be brought for free by a courier, who will make sure it gets to the right person. We’ll activate the tariff for you within three business days of the contract being signed.

You can also get a mobile internet tariff by visiting any of our shops.

You can use our www.o2pripojse.cz web self-service to control your tariff and monitor your data transfer over the billing period. You can only log into web self-service if you are connected via O2 mobile internet.

Satisfaction guarantee

  • you can change your tariff once a month, free of charge
  • if you aren't satisfied with your tariff, you can cancel it within 14 days
  • you can buy the modem you got at a discount with your tariff by paying us the remainder, or you can return it at selected O2 Shops at no cost
