Terms and Conditions
(O2 ZERO - detailed information about the service.)
These terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.
* When a customer uses a Special Offer for the purchase of a subsidized mobile phone, they commit themselves to using O2 mobile voice services and to paying a monthly fee that matches or exceeds their selected minimum monthly commitment for 24 months.
* When activating the tariff, O2 is entitled to request a one-time deposit of CZK 200. O2 is entitled to use this deposit to pay for provided services. If the customer pays their bills for provided services in full and on time for the three consecutive billing periods that follow the payment of the deposit, and if the deposit is not used towards payment for provided services during these three consecutive billing periods, the deposit will be returned to the subscriber.
* A maximum of three SIM cards with the O2 ZERO tariff can be activated with one citizen ID number (RČ) or company identification number (IČ).
* The customer can send a free SMS with the keywords ZERO XXX to 999111 (where XXX stands for the amount owed between CZK 300 and CZK 9,999 about which the customer wishes to be informed) to activate the additional O2 Info Limit service and O2 will then send the customer free SMS messages the moment when they reach 80% and 100% of the limit they set for service expenditures. Not all provided paid services need to be accounted for the moment when the aforementioned informative SMS is sent. Roaming connections are accounted for in the current expenditures with a delay of at least 48 hours and monthly fees are not accounted for in the current expenses at all. The limit amount can be changed for free during each billing period. The current expenditures are calculated from the moment the additional O2 Info Limit service was set. If O2 Info Limit is activated during a billing period, the price of the services that were provided in the given billing period before the activation of the O2 Info Limit service is not accounted for in the current expenditures.
* The O2 Info Limit service can be deactivated by sending a free SMS with the words ZERO D to 999111. To inquire about the status of your expenditure limit you can send a free SMS with the words ZERO S to 999111.
* Only O2 Eurotarif roaming tariff and additional services Internet on Your Mobile and O2 Info Limit can be activated when using this tariff.
* If the customer has zero expenses on a SIM card with the O2 ZERO tariff for 12 consecutive months, O2 is entitled to terminate the provision of the O2 mobile voice service.
