These terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.
From July 1, 2008, every customer has the right to activate the new O2 Pokec na jedno (O2 One-on-One Chat) service, which enables them to make unlimited calls to one selected mobile or fixed-line number in the O2 network for a weekly fee.
Activation is conditioned by sufficient credit that is at least in the amount of the weekly fee for the number of the customer's corresponding SIM card. In order to activate the service, the customer simply sends an SMS with the keyword JEDNO A xxxxxxxxx, where "xxxxxxxxx" is the phone number to which the customer wishes to make their unlimited calls, to the phone number 999235. Similarly, in order to deactivate the service, it is necessary to send an SMS with the keyword JEDNO D to the phone number 999235. Activation and deactivation SMS messages are free.
The selected number remains valid on the condition that there is sufficient credit, without requiring the customer to activate the service for another one-week period.
After one week of unlimited calls to your chosen number we'll automatically reactivate unlimited calling for another week. If there's not enough credit on your SIM card, automatic reactivation will be delayed till immediately after you recharge.
This service cannot be used to call premium-rate numbers, audiotext, the 14141 data line, numbers with international prefixes, and colored lines.
The service cannot be activated by customers who use the Call Home for Free service. If the customer has also activated the O2 Spolu, O2 Star, or O2 Duet services, the amount from the discount to which they have the right will apply to the service; therefore, the conditions of the O2 Pokec na jedno service are valid for them and they will be charged the corresponding fee
If the customer has also activated the O2 Pokec Nonstop service, they will be billed by the minute in accordance with the conditions of the O2 Pokec Nonstop service, which has priority over this offer.
