O2 Conference

How to do order and use the service

First you need to order the conference

• by sending an SMS with the keyword conf ddmm hhmm ddd nn to the phone number +420 720 00 22 33
• by sending an email* to konference@o2.com with the subject heading: O2 Conference and body text that is the same as the SMS keyword: conf ddmm hhmm ddd nn

ddmm - conference date (dd-day, mm-month), hhmm - time of the start of the conference (hh -hour, mm-minutes in twenty-four hour format), ddd - conference length in minutes (maximum conference length is 120 minutes), nn - number of conference participants (e.g. konf 0907 1400 60 10 - conference reservation for July 9, 2008, start at 14:00, conference length 60 minutes, maximum of 10 conference participants)

Conference requirements will be processed within 60 minutes, from 8am to 5pm. Requirements submitted after 5pm will be processed the next day after 8am.

The conference initiator will receive confirmation of their order consisting of an access number, conference number, and password. They will convey this information to other participants. At the arranged conference start time all participants call the conference server number 606 000 600 and identify themselves by entering the conference number and their PIN. They will then be asked to introduce themselves.

The system's capacity is shared by all who are using Conference on Demand, so there can be occasions when it won't be possible to book the requested conference. If this occurs, we recommend changing the conference time, decreasing the requested number of users or using Designated Conference.

Where to call (acces addresses and numbers)

The access number is an O2 mobile number: 606 000 600.

The access URL for the video conference is http://video.o2konference.cz (can only connect terminals supporting H.323 protocol). For a video conference can be ordered a video equipment from O2 - see a price list. If You need just make simple conference call, use number 606 000 601.

Prices

Activation is free of charge, with no monthly fees.

When calling the O2 Conference system

• from an O2 mobile phone the rate is 4 CZK/min without VAT
• the calling rate for other participants corresponds with the rate their tariff charges for calls to an O2 mobile number
  

O2 mobile users are charged the first entire minute and per second billing applies afterwards. Calling this number does not use up any of the user's free units; profidiscount does not apply to the price. The Conference on Demand access number cannot included in O2 Team.

The provider reserves the right to limit or cancel the booking of an O2 Conference on a participating mobile number or participant’s email address in the event that they try to disrupt standard operation of the service, use the service outside of price conditions agreed upon in the contract, misuse the service, or if there is suspicion of service misuse.
