These terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.

The service is for all customers of O2 mobile services and it is free.

In order for the service to work, both the calling and receiving parties need to have it activated on their respective O2 numbers.

O2 Na příjmu service works even if the receiving party has activated call forwarding to their voice mail when they are not available, or if they are using the Missed Calls service.

The O2 Na příjmu service does not work when the receiving party has calls forwarded to a different phone number when they are not available.

The maximum period of time for which the caller will be informed that the receiving party is available is seven days.

The text of the SMS sent through this service is in the language that the caller has set in their voice mail. If they do not have a language set in their voice mail, the text of this SMS is in Czech.
