O2 SIM to SIM

These terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions for customers with a contract

• The subscriber is charged the calling rate that corresponds with their tariff.
• The O2 SIM to SIM and O2 SIM to SIM Start additional services enable domestic calling within a group of up to seven O2 mobile phone numbers for a monthly fee.
• Only the founder can set up a group and invite up to six other members into it. A mobile number can be used in one group only. Mobile numbers registered to one subscriber can only participate in one group.
• A group founder can only be an O2 Mobile voice service subscriber with an O2 NEON (including the O2 NEON S tariff in combination with the discount for Seniors and the O2 NEON XS tariff), O2 Magnetic, O2 Max Magnetic, O2 Simple, O2 Business, O2 Business MAX tariff, or the O2 [:kůl:], O2 Individual, O2 Pohoda Simple, O2 Pohoda, O2 Praktik, O2 Relax, O2 Relax Plus, O2 SMS, or O2 SMS Max tariffs.
• A group member can be an O2 Mobile voice service subscriber with an O2 NEON (including the O2 NEON S tariff in combination with the discount for Seniors and the O2 NEON XS tariff), O2 Magnetic, O2 MAX Magnetic, O2 Simple, O2 Business, O2 Business MAX tariff, or Tandem tariff, or the O2 ZERO, O2 [:kůl:], O2 T!P RELAX, O2 Individual, O2 Pohoda Simple, O2 Pohoda, O2 Praktik, O2 Relax, O2 Relax Plus, O2 Start, O2 SMS, or O2 SMS Max tariff, or an O2 Prepaid service subscriber with the O2 TXT, O2 Mix, O2 Fajn, O2 Original, O2 Quatro, O2 Fun, O2 Special, O2 Felicia, O2 NA!HLAS, or O2 NA!PIS tariffs.
• The group founder and each group member pay the monthly fee for this additional service.
• The founder starts a group or invites a member via SMS:
• a. by sending the keywords NAV xxxxxxxxx (where xxxxxxxxx is the O2 mobile number of the invited person) to the phone number 999111 for the additional O2 SIM to SIM service,
• b. by sending the keywords NAVS xxxxxxxxx to the phone number 999111 for the additional O2 SIM to SIM Start service.
• If the number of an invited subscriber is registered under the same reference number as the founder’s number, it is automatically assigned to the group; if it is registered under a different reference number, the invited subscriber needs to reply by sending an SMS with the keyword A to the phone number 999111 for the membership to start.
• The additional services are set up for the subscriber on the second day after their confirmation has been sent in the form of an SMS at the latest.
• To refuse an invitation, the invited subscriber must send an SMS with the keyword N to the phone number 999111.
• By sending an SMS answer the subscriber always replies to the invitation they received last.
• The founder cancels a member’s membership in the group by sending an SMS with the keyword NAV D xxxxxxxxx to the phone number 999111. The founder cancels the entire group by sending an SMS with the keywords NAV D to the phone number 999111.
• A member cancels their membership in a group by sending an SMS with the keywords NAV D to the phone number 999111.
• SMS messages sent to the phone number 999111 are free of charge.
• Only the founder can change the additional service variant by canceling the entire group and starting a new one.
• If a group founder (individual)
• is a subscriber of two O2 mobile numbers that are both in the group, are both registered under the same reference number, and use one of the following tariffs: O2 NEON S-XXL (including the O2 NEON SMS tariff), O2 Simple 240-1980, O2 Magnetic, O2 MAX Magnetic, O2 Individual, O2 Praktik, O2 Relax, O2 Relax Plus, O2 SMS, or O2 SMS MAX,
• and, at the same time, is a subscriber of the O2 Internet connection service with a connection through the O2 Internet, O2 Internet Plus, O2 Internet Pro, O2 Internet Extra, or O2 Internet Plus Extra tariffs, or of the O2 TV digital television service using the O2 TV Komfort, O2 TV Plus, O2 TV Extra, or O2 TV Extra Plus variant,
• the monthly fee for the additional O2 SIM to SIM service for two O2 mobile numbers as defined above is included in the monthly fee for the subscriber’s O2 Internet service or O2 Digital TV. The group founder needs to request this benefit.
• The group is automatically canceled if the O2 Mobile voice service is canceled on the group founder’s mobile number or if the O2 Mobile voice service tariff on the group founder’s mobile number is changed to an incompatible tariff, or if the group founder’s mobile number is temporarily disconnected (with the exception of when the number is disconnected due to theft or loss).
• A group membership is automatically canceled if the member’s number is disconnected temporarily.
• A mobile number on which the O2 SIM to SIM additional service has been activated cannot simultaneously use the O2 SIM to SIM Start, O2 Call Home for Free, Volání na 3 čísla zdarma, O2 My Firm, promo Stále spolu, mPhone service.
• A mobile number on which the O2 SIM to SIM additional service has been activated can simultaneously use the O2 Tandem, O2 Spolu, O2 Star, O2 Duet, O2 SIM karta IZS, O2 SIM Karta Kombi, O2 Jdu Taky, Oriflame (25% discount on five selected numbers), and O2 Team services only in connection with mobile numbers that are not in the same O2 SIM to SIM group.
• A mobile number on which the O2 SIM to SIM Start additional service has been activated cannot simultaneously use the O2 SIM to SIM or O2 Moje firma services.
• A mobile number on which the O2 SIM to SIM Start additional service has been activated can simultaneously use the O2 Call Home for Free, , Volání na 3 čísla zdarma, O2 Tandem, O2 Spolu, O2 Star, O2 Duet, O2 SIM karta IZS, O2 SIM Karta Kombi, O2 Jdu Taky, Stále spolu promotion, mPhone, Oriflame (25% discount on five selected numbers), and O2 Team services only in connection with mobile numbers that are not in the same O2 SIM to SIM Start group.
• The subscriber is entitled to combine additional services consisting of advantageous calling, or SMS to selected numbers for calling, or SMS to a maximum of ten chosen numbers.
• *¹ If the membership number is registered under the same reference number as the founder’s number, the subscriber is charged a lower monthly fee for the O2 SIM to SIM additional service.
• *² If the calling rate on subscriber’s tariff is lower than the given price, they are charged the lower rate. 
• *³ The founder pays the activation fee for the second and additional founding of a group within one billing period, and for the activation of another member in the group if six members have already activated their membership in one group within one billing period (the activation of an additional member is conditioned by the cancelation of a different group member).

Terms and conditions for customers with a prepaid card

• The subscriber is charged the calling rate that corresponds with their tariff.
• An additional service of domestic calling in the O2 network within a group of up to seven O2 mobile phone numbers.
• Only the founder can set up a group and invite up to six other members into it. A mobile number can participate in only one group.
• The founder of the group can only be a subscriber of a postpaid O2 Mobile voice service with an O2 NEON (including the O2 NEON S tariff in combination with a discount for Seniors and the O2 NEON XS tariff), O2 Magnetic, O2 MAX Magnetic, O2 Simple, O2 Business, O2 Business MAX, or Tandem tariff, O2 [:kůl:], O2 Individual, O2 Pohoda Simple, O2 Pohoda, O2 Praktik, O2 Relax, O2 Relax Plus, O2 SMS, or O2 SMS Max tariffs.
• A member of the group can be a postpaid O2 Mobile voice service subscriber with an O2 NEON (including the O2 NEON S tariff in combination with a discount for Seniors and the O2 NEON XS tariff), O2 Magnetic, O2 Max Magnetic, O2 Simple, O2 Business, O2 Business MAX, or Tandem tariff, or the O2 ZERO, O2 [:kůl:], O2 T!P RELAX, O2 Individual, O2 Pohoda Simple, O2 Pohoda, O2 Praktik, O2 Relax, O2 Relax Plus, O2 Start, O2 SMS, or O2 SMS Max tariffs, or an O2 Prepaid service subscriber with the O2 TXT, O2 Mix, O2 Fajn, O2 Original, O2 Quatro, O2 Fun, O2 Special, O2 Felicia, O2 NA!HLAS, or O2 NA!PIS tariffs.
• The subscriber pays a weekly fee for the additional service. The activation and automatic renewal of providing the additional service to another weekly period is conditioned by the subscriber’s having credit of at least the corresponding weekly fee. The weekly fee is deducted from the subscriber’s credit at the moment of activation or when the package is renewed for the next weekly period.
• The founder starts a group or invites a member via SMS:
•      a. by sending the keywords NAV xxxxxxxxx (where xxxxxxxxx is the O2 mobile number of the invited person) to the phone number 999111 for the additional O2 SIM to SIM service,
•      b. by sending the keywords NAVS xxxxxxxxx to the phone number 999111 for the additional O2 SIM to SIM Start service.
• The additional services are set up for the subscriber on the second day after their confirmation has been sent in the form of an SMS at the latest.
• To refuse an invitation, the invited subscriber must send an SMS with the keyword N to the phone number 999111.
• By sending an SMS answer the subscriber always replies to the invitation they received last.

• A group membership is automatically canceled if the member’s number is disconnected temporarily.
• A mobile number with an active additional service O2 SIM to SIM / O2 SIM to SIM Start can use the O2 Team service only in connection with mobile numbers that are not in the same O2 SIM to SIM / O2 SIM to SIM Start group.

• If a mobile number has the O2 SIM to SIM / O2 SIM to SIM Start additional service active at the same time as the O2 Spolu, O2 Star, O2 Duet, or Pokec Nonstop services, the subscriber is charged the calling rate that corresponds with to the O2 SIM to SIM / O2 SIM to SIM Start service.
• If a mobile number has the O2 SIM to SIM Start additional service active at the same time as the O2 Pokec Na Jedno service, the subscriber is charged the calling rate that corresponds with the O2 Pokec Na Jedno service.
