These terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.
- The Extra Mobil service can only be used with a SIM card that is active in the O2 network.
- The option to swap an old phone for a new one is for customers with standard O2 services who have paid their last three bills on time and who have not used the offer of swapping their mobile or data phone. It is also for customers who have a maximum of six months remaining until the end of their two-year commitment.
- The use of the special offer is conditioned by the signing of a 24-month contract, if the contract is prolonged for 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, or 30 months up to six months prior to its expiry. The customer also has to commit to, and pay, a minimum amount on their monthly bill for two years.
- The Extra Mobil service only costs CZK 1.
- The Extra Mobil offer applies to all GSM mobile phones and all data devices.
- If the customer fails to honor their contractual obligation to use the O2 service, they are issued an invoice for a contractual fine amounting to the difference between the subsidized and standard prices of the device they purchased; the amount of the contractual fine is derived from the newly signed subsidized contract.
- All existing O2 customers who do not meet the conditions of Extra Mobil (the last three invoices paid on time) can also get a phone or a modem for a subsidized price that is valid for all new customers, starting at CZK 1. The fee for the use of this option is only CZK 1. The obligations for the purchase of a phone are identical as those for new customers. The offer can be used in all O2 Shops or through business partners.
