O2 Spolu

These terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.

• Any O2 customer is free to choose up to two O2 phone numbers and share with them an advantageous discount on mobile communication within the Czech Republic.
• O2 contract customers receive a 25% discount on all mobile communication (calls, SMS, MMS, data, and fax) among their O2 Spolu team members.
• O2 prepaid customers receive a 25% discount on calls made within the O2 Spolu group.
• The service is designed for all O2 prepaid customers and contract customers using the most common O2 Tariffs (Bronz, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamant, SMS, Pohoda, Start, Relax, Relax Plus, Optimum, Optimum Plus, Business 200, Business 300, Business 600, Individual, and Optimum Profi - including Max versions and VPN).
• Activation of the O2 Spolu service is not possible with other tariffs such as T!P, O2 Global (and other old tariffs), data tariffs, the O2 Conex tariff, Green Lines, and GSM Gateway.
• The combination of chosen numbers (O2 Go or postpaid) within the group is up to you.
• The service can be activated with Tandem SIM cards. If the holder of a primary Tandem SIM card activates O2 Spolu with a secondary Tandem card, the discounts will not be combined - the Tandem discount will apply.
• The Spolu discount begins at the moment of activation for O2 prepaid customers, and the day following activation for postpaid customers.
• When postpaid customers use the O2 Go Recharge service to O2 Recharging credit for an O2 prepaid customer in the same O2 Spolu group, a bonus of 5% credit will be added.
• Activation for an O2 prepaid customer is conditioned upon there being at least CZK 29 of credit left on the SIM card.
• Deactivation of the service is free.
• To change group members, the group leader must first deactivate the service and then reactivate it with the chosen phone numbers.
• When using O2 Spolu together with Team Profi, the higher discount applies.
• O2 Spolu and O2 Duet cannot both be used with the same phone number. O2 Spolu is a "new version" of O2 Duet, which is no longer available for activation. Currently activated O2 Duet services remain valid until deactivation.
• This service can be activated along with the O2 Star service. In this case the higher discount (O2 Spolu - 25%) applies. We suggest activating O2 Star for phone numbers of other mobile operators.
• O2 Spolu can be activated along with any of the O2 Top Services.
• It is the responsibility of each customer to enter the correct phone numbers when choosing group members.
