Loss or theft of O2 Tandem SIM card

  • In the event that the primary card is lost or stolen, the primary SIM card must be renewed within 14 days at any O2 Shop or authorized dealer. If this is not done, the entire Tandem group (primary and secondary cards) will be disconnected.
  • In the event that a secondary card is lost or stolen, the owner of the primary card must request the activation a new SIM card to replace it at any O2 Shop or authorized dealer, or through the automatic voice message service at *11.
