You can now arrange regular, repeated recharges for up to four prepaid SIM cards! Just set it up once and forget about it. All you have to do is select the SIM card(s) you wish to recharge, choose the amount of credit you wish to add, and pick the day of the month you want the recharge to take place.

How to recharge

Call *11 from your O2 phone and press "2" for English-language instructions.
Once you're in the main menu, press "3" to recharge an O2 prepaid phone.
Select a one-time recharge or a repeating recharge.
To make a one-off recharge, enter your O2 ID number, the phone number of the prepaid SIM card you wish to recharge, and the amount of credit you wish to add.
To set up a repeating recharge, enter the phone number(s) of the prepaid SIM card(s) you wish to recharge, the amount of credit you wish to add with each recharge, and the date each month (from 1 to 30) when you want the recharge to take place. For example, enter "15" to recharge the prepaid SIM card on the 15th of each month. You can change these settings or cancel them completely at any time.
The automated voice menu system will take you through the entire process. It will always confirm and repeat the data you enter.
The prepaid SIM card will be recharged within 30 minutes (at the latest).
Within 30 minutes of submitting your request, you'll receive an SMS confirming the recharge. A confirmation SMS will also be sent to the prepaid SIM card.
You will be billed via your regular invoice. You can find the details in the column marked "One-off fees".

Terms and conditions

To use this service, your SIM card must be active in the O2 network for at least four months and you must have a good payment history.
The amount you are allowed to recharge in a 30-day period is limited according to the average amount of your monthly bill for the last three months.
To re-activate this service after having deactivated it once, you will need to submit a written request.
