Calling from the Internet to the UMTS network
Use this
web application to
make a video call to any phone number connected to the
O2 UMTS network.

Receiving video calls over the Internet
a) General settings
You can receive video calls over the Internet only if your mobile number is not available - your phone must either be switched off or out of reach of the UMTS and GSM signals.
If you (as the recipient of the call) are available in the O2 UMTS network, the video call will be redirected to your mobile phone.
b) Redirecting incoming video calls to the web
If you don't have a UMTS phone, we recommend that you redirect all incoming video calls to the O2 Web Video Calling application. (Instructions are here.)
Types of incoming video calls
1. From a mobile number registered to the O2
UMTS network or to any foreign UMTS network via O2 Roaming.
2. From a phone number belonging to another UMTS
network.
