Activation and deactivation

Activation
As soon as you order your first melody, the service will be activated automatically. You'll receive an SMS confirming activation. Melodies can be easily ordered in several ways: by visiting the O2 Active portal, by calling *66, or via SMS.
Deactivation
You can deactivate the service at any time by visiting the O2 Active portal.
Re-activation
Customers who have deactivated the service (or O2 prepaid customers whose service was deactivated due to lack of credit) can activate it again within 90 days without losing previously purchased Welcome Melodies and their settings. The service will be re-activated with the purchase of a new Welcome Melody.
