Cancelling the process

If you have requested O2 postpaid services
- Fill in the form, and submit it at any O2 Shop or send it via mail.
Note: Cancelling the transfer process does not affect the validity of the activation request, whether you use temporary numbers or not. If you use temporary numbers and cancel the transfer process, you remain an O2 customer with temporary numbers.
If you have requested O2 prepaid services
Send an SMS from the SIM card you have received from O2 to the phone number 999111. The SMS should read: ZRUSENI XXXXXXXXXXX PPPPPPPPP
- X - your order identification number (PAC)
- P - PUK code (included with your SIM card)
