1. Decide what kind of telephone numbers you wish to have on your SIM card Kombi
   Before ordering the SIM card Kombi, you should decide for what purposes you want to use it. If one of the numbers will be transferred from a different person (e.g. an employee), it is necessary to arrange an agreement with them in advance. It is especially important to decide which number will be on account A. SIM card Kombi fees are billed to this account. You can have already existing numbers transferred to the card, or you can order a brand new number.
2. Visit a brand store
   Our friendly staff takes you through the steps of ordering your SIM card Kombi. At this time you should already know exactly which existing telephone numbers you wish to place on your new SIM card (or if you want new ones assigned). If the numbers already exist, please bring the SIM card(s) with you to the store. Find the O2 store nearest you.
3. Getting your SIM card Kombi
   Your SIM card Kombi is issued immediately at the brand store. The only exception is if it is not possible to immediately set the combination of numbers that you have chosen for the card. In this case, your Kombi Card will be ready for pickup at the brand store no more than 50 hours from the time you ordered it. (We contact you as soon as the card is ready.) If already existing phone numbers are transferred to both account A and B, we can send you your new Kombi Card sent by post.

Activation of the SIM card Kombi

Our staff will help you activate your SIM card Kombi when you receive it at the brand store. If you received your Kombi Card via post, you can activate it through an automatic voice system by dialing *11 Each number must be activated separately. For existing numbers, you must call from your original SIM card. Make sure that you store the PUK code for the new SIM card Kombi in a safe place and have it ready.
