Reduced phone prices

The Terms and Conditions outlined below have been translated as a courtesy to our English-speaking customers. You can review the legally binding Terms and Conditions by visiting the Czech version of this page.

1. This offer is valid when you submit a Request for Provision of Telecommunications Services, pay the activation fee, and agree to use O2 services for at least 24 months. In the first year of the contract, customers must commit to using a minimum amount of telecommunications services each month (CZK 200, 600, CZK 1000, or CZK 2000 excluding VAT) -- this is called your "Minimum Comittment." In the second year, the customer pays for services based on the tariff of their choice.

2. The term "Minimum Comittment" is a basic monthly fee of CZK 200, CZK 600, CZK 1000, or CZK 2000 (prices excluding VAT). This fee will not be applied if the customer uses services whose total value equals or exceeds the Minimum Comittment. O2 provides a discount on the Minimum Comittment depending on the cost of services provided to the customer's telephone number in the given billing period. The Minimum Comittment amount and outgoing roaming costs (referred to as "total sum") will be deducted from this price according to the following rules:

   • If the total sum is higher than or equal to the Minimum Comittment, O2 will provide the customer with a 100 percent discount on the monthly bill.
   • If the cost of services used is lower than the Minimum Comittment, O2 will provide the customer with a discount on the monthly bill equal to the cost of the services used.
3. Customers using the O2 Individual tariff will be charged the Minimum Comittment amount at its full extent of CZK 150 (excluding VAT) if they make phone calls for less than CZK 150 (excluding VAT).
4. Customers taking advantage of this offer will not be able to make international calls.
5. Customers can purchase any number of telephones at the special price in conjunction with this offer if they sign a contract with O2 for 2 years, agree to pay the monthly bill for 1 year, and pay the activation fee at the same time. The standard conditions for the purchase of 3 telephones at the special price remain the same.
6. When purchasing a specially priced telephone with this offer, you can pay using your O2 Benefit Points.
7. This offer applies to all GSM mobile telephones and mobile devices in the O2 portfolio.
8. This offer is valid at all O2 Shops and authorized dealers.
9. Customers who take advantage of this offer and wish to terminate another O2 contract before it has expired must pay a contractual penalty (the difference between the regular price of the customer's telephone and the price paid when the contract was signed).
10. Customers who take advantage of this offer and wish to transfer their O2 contract to a different customer must insure that the new customer fulfills all terms and conditions of the current contract, including the Minimum Comittment.
