How to file a claim for an O2 Trick Card
If you are using your phone card properly and the phone from which you are trying to call does not function properly, please report the failure by calling the toll-free number 800 184 084.
When to call the line to report failures
- if your O2 Trick Card is valid (see the expiration date)
- if there is enough credit on your card for the service you wish to use (see pricelist)
- if your card is not mechanically damaged and the telephone can accept it
- if you use your O2 Trick Card with phones that provide the O2 Trick services you wish to use
If you want to submit about your O2 Trick Card, please do so in either of these two ways:
1. in person
Fill in a claim request form about a product or service at any O2 Shop.
2. by post
Please indicate why you are submitting a claim about your card and send your statement by registered post to:

Claim review period
All claims are reviewed in compliance with the valid Claim Regulations, which are available at all O2 Shops, within 30 days of receipt by the claim center.
Claim settlement
In the event of a justified claim, the claimant is sent a new card of the same or the closest higher value of the credit remaining on the claimed card. Claimed cards become property of Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s. and are not returned to the claimants.
