Komfort
Voice Mail Komfort is the basic variant of the service. The direct replay feature provides easy access to all recorded messages. Moreover, every time a new message arrives Voice Mail can call you at a number that you set. You can easily receive your messages anywhere in the world using a telephone (even a mobile) with active tone dialing.

Basic
Voice Mail Basic has the same features and functions as Voice Mail Komfort. The difference is that the caller is not redirected to your message box while your line is engaged. This enables you to use the Call Waiting service.

Komfort plus
Voice Mail Komfort Plus is a more advanced type of message box. Besides all the basic functions it allows for the creation of up to nine sub-boxes. Should you frequently need to send a single message to several people, you can create up to four personal message box user lists (up to 10 numbers in each list). You can then easily send the message by entering the number of the personal list.

Basic plus

Profi
Voice Mail Profi is an integrated message box that can accept both voice messages and fax messages accompanied by a voice, even when you are just calling or faxing. It also features the option of creating up to nine sub-boxes and four personal lists for easy message distribution. Not only does it print fax messages, it also enables you to send them to other subscribers.

Virtual
Voice Mail Virtual is available to everyone. You can activate your own voice message box even if you do not own a phone. You can easily receive recorded messages anywhere in the world using a telephone (even a mobile) with active tone dialing. The message box has a capacity of 30 messages. Access to the message box is protected by your personal password so that nobody other than you can access the messages.

Fax
Voice Mail Fax is a fax message box that only accepts fax messages, which you can print on your fax machine immediately upon receiving them. You can also send the messages to other subscribers or print them on a fax machine, the number of which you enter in the message box settings. If you send many documents, you will definitely appreciate the fact that the message box accepts fax messages even if your fax machine is busy.

ISDNbox
You can activate an ISDNbox message box for each number of your euroISDN2 connection and use it the same way you would use a combined Voice Mail Profi voice and fax message box. The advantage of this message box is that it offers the possibility of redirecting incoming calls according to your current needs. You can forward calls to the ISDNbox message box or to any telephone number (even a mobile one). Call Forwarding to your own message box is free.
