The Voice Mail message box is like an invisible answering machine that you can access anywhere, any time you want.
With Voice Mail you are accessible 24 hours a day. The service records voice as well as fax messages for you, even while your line is engaged. Voice Mail can also inform you every time you receive a new message by contacting you at a phone number or email address of your choice. You do not need any additional equipment for your telephone set in order to use this service.

Collecting messages
When you first access your newly-installed message box, you will be asked to change your password and create a name for the message box. You will also be given the option of recording a personal greeting and you will be informed of new ways of using the message box. When it is activated, you will hear the following dial tone: .
You can access your messages:
- from your own phone by calling the Green Line at 800 12 13 14
- from other phones by dialing the number 960 + your box number
- through Virtual Message Boxes by calling the Green Line at 800 11 12 13
