You can order the service free of charge at 800 02 02 02 or at any O2 Shop. Then you can activate the service easily by following these instructions:
- Pick up the phone and wait for the dial tone.

- You will receive a message confirming activation once the selected sequence has been entered properly. You will hear a busy tone if the selected sequence has been entered incorrectly.
- Hang up.
Notes:
- Set the TONE/PULSE switch on your phone to TONE.
- You can only operate this service with a touchtone phone. If you lease a rotary-dial phone, you can request a free replacement at any O2 Shop.
