Ways of using O2 Telekonto cards in a firm
You can use the service for employees on business trips. They can call you without change and cards and without having to pay hotel surcharges. You can monitor company calling costs easily and make it unnecessary to transfer costs within the company because calls are charged directly to the company's phone bill.
You can also use the service for employees who work at home. They can use the O2 Telekonto card to make calls and connect to the Internet for business purposes at the company's expense, thereby doing away with complicated accounting of company costs for private lines.
You can offer your clients an O2 Telekonto VIP card, which offers you the use of the special function of predefined numbers. The card can be used to call specific firms while they are at the offices of their personal salespersons, bankers, doctors, etc.
You can also use the O2 Telekonto card as a non-financial reward or benefit for your employees.
How to get an O2 Telekonto card
You can order an O2 Telekonto card by calling the toll-free O2 Line at 800 020202, at O2 Shops, or online at the Customer Portal. We will send you the card, together with a PIN number and the code required to set it up, by registered mail. Please memorize your PIN and keep the data contained in the package hidden in a safe place.

At the same time you will get instructions on how to make calls with an O2 Telekonto card in the Czech Republic and abroad, including a list of countries and dialing codes. It also includes instructions on how to set the parameters.
Code for card settings
The code for card settings enables you to change the service parameters – the PIN, speed dialing, card activation/deactivation, and the language of the pre-recorded instructions and menus (Czech, English, German, French). The access number for changing parameters is 823 112 233.
Monthly limit
The monthly limit is the maximum number of minutes available for making calls with an O2 Telekonto card. The card is available with limits of 100, 300, 500, 1,000, and 5,000 minutes per month. The limit is automatically renewed every month. You can thus secure the card in such a way that it is not possible to make calls with it after the limit has been reached.
You can change the monthly limit by changing the service specifications of O2 Telekonto. This change costs CZK 100. You can also completely block the card in the same way. The access number for changing this parameter is also 823 112 233.
PIN number
A PIN is a four to six-digit number that functions as a means of security and is essential for the use of the service. You are required to enter this number every time you use the card. At the same time, you can change the PIN whenever you wish.
You only four attempts per session to enter your PIN correctly. The maximum number of incorrect entries is 20. After that, the card is blocked. Unblocking a card or changing the PIN number because it has been forgotten is possible only by making a request to unblock the card at an O2 Shop. The procedure costs CZK 100 and is carried out within 24 hours of the submission of the request.

The validity of an O2 Telekonto card is always six months from its last use. If you do not use the card for more than six months, it expires.
A maximum of three O2 Telekonto cards can be issued for one telephone number for a residential connection.
Calls made using the O2 Telekonto service do not include free minutes provided in the package or tariff that has been ordered for the phone line to which the number of the calling card has been issued.
