This service is no longer available. Information on this page is for customers who ordered the service before its termination.
What you need
- A mobile phone that supports the O2 Přepínám service. These phones are equipped with the service directly from the manufacturer and have an individual button for "Push-to-talk" (PTT) service directly in their menu. Phones using the Symbian operating system also support the service after you download the application for the O2 Přepínám service.
- Activated O2 voice tariff - an O2 voice service needs to be activated - either a postpaid voice tariff or prepaid services

Activating the service and choosing a tariff
- The
O2 Přepínám service and a corresponding tariff can be
activated by sending an SMS message to 999111 - use the
following keywords:
- PREPINAM A NONSTOP - to activate the service with the O2 Přepínám Nonstop tariff
- PREPINAM A DEN - to activate the service with the O2 Přepínám Day tariff
- The service can also be activated by calling the Customer Care Center at *11.
- The service can be activated directly at any brand store.
As soon as you activate the service, you'll receive an SMS containing your password.
- Enter a name into your phone, your phone number (in the international format, including +420, e.g. +420720720720), a password, and a nickname that you wish to use when communicating with others in your group. For detailed information about settings, check your user manual.
Deactivation of the service and tariff change
The service can be deactivated directly via the Corporate Line *77 or Business Line *52. Entrepreneurs, please dial *11.
Or visit a brand store. You can also send an SMS with the words PREPINAM D to 999111. If you deactivate the service, you'll receive a new access password the next time you activate the service (your old password will be invalid). You will have to enter the new password into the phone.
If you simply wish to change the tariff you are using, deactivate the service first and then activate it again with a newly chosen tariff.
