What happens after activation

Once your new phone number has been activated at an O2 Store, you will receive a welcome letter with information about:

  • who to contact with your queries
  • your identification number, which you will need in order to manage services and to get information from Customer Care Center. Be sure to save this number carefully!
  • what your billing period is and the date by which your bill must be paid each month
