Billing and payments

Once your number has been activated, we will automatically assign you a billing period. The day after it ends every month, we will send you an invoice that is due 18 days after being issued. For example, if your billing period ends on the 12th day of the month, your bill must be covered by the 30th day of the same month at the latest.
You can pay your monthly bills in any of the following ways:
- automatic transfer
- money order
- GSM banking
- payment at a KB ATM
- payment at a Česká spořitelna ATM
- bank transfer
- payment at a ŽB cashier
We recommend payment by automatic transfer, that way you do not have to worry about the timely payment of your bills. You will also get a present from us – 10 free calling minutes in the O2 network every month for half a year!
