O2 NA!VÍC
These terms and conditions are meant to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.
* The O2 NA!VÍC! tariff structure includes tariffs O2 NA!PIŠTE and NA!HLAS.
* If a customer tops up their credit with at least CZK 300 or more in one top-up (not including bonuses), they can activate one of the following benefits by sending an SMS within 24 hours from their top-up:
- SMS on weekends to numbers in the O2 mobile network for CZK 0.50 including VAT. To activate this benefit the customer needs to send an SMS with the keyword VS to the phone number 999 111.
- calling on weekends to numbers in the O2 mobile network for 0.50 CZK/min including VAT. To activate this benefit the customer needs to send an SMS with the keyword VV to the phone number 999 111.
- evening calling (from 8pm to 8am) to numbers in the O2 mobile network for 0.50 CZK/min including VAT. To activate this benefit the customer needs to send an SMS with the keyword VECER to the phone number 999 111.
- O2 Internet on Your Mobile for a weekly fee of CZK 20 with VAT per week. To activate this it is necessary to send an SMS with the keyword INT to the phone number 999 111.
* If it is the first top-up and the customer does not send an activation SMS within 24 hours of the top-up, they lose their right to the benefit.
* The customer can use their selected benefit for four weeks from the moment when the 24-hour period for selecting the benefit expires.
* If the customer charges their credit again with a minimum amount of CZK 300 or more in one top-up (not including bonuses) during the four-week period during which they can use their selected benefit, they can activate a new benefit by sending the SMS that corresponds with their new selected benefit within 24 hours of the top-up. If they fail to do so, their previously selected benefit will be activated automatically. Their right to use the previous benefit will be terminated if the 24-hour period for choosing the new benefit expires before they make their selection. The period for which the customer can use the new benefit is not prolonged by the time that remained for the use of the previously selected benefit.
* If the customer tops up their credit with a minimum amount of CZK 300 or more in one top-up (not including bonuses) at a time when they are not using a benefit and this is not their first top-up when using the tariff, they can activate a new benefit by sending the SMS that corresponds with their selected benefit within 24 hours of the top-up. If they fail to do so, their previously selected benefit will be activated automatically.
* If the customer activates the O2 Internet on Your Mobile benefit, the benefit is provided over a period of one week from the 24th hour time limit for the selected benefit. Provision of the benefit for a second, third, and fourth week is renewed only in the event that the customer has credit worth at least the weekly fee for this benefit on their prepaid card. The weekly fee for this benefit will be deducted from the customer's credit at the moment of activation, with the option of renewing the benefit for each week.
* The benefits of this bundle are not transferred for the customer if they switch to another prepaid tariff other than an O2 NA!VÍC! tariff or if they switch to postpaid services.
* Switching tariffs within the O2 NA!VÍC! tariff structure can be carried out by sending an SMS with the keyword TARIF NAPIS to the phone number 999 111 or TARIF NAHLAS to the phone number 999 111. The switching to a prepaid tariff outside the O2 NA!VÍC! tariff structure can be carried out at a brand shop or via the *11 line.
* When calling in the Czech Republic, the customer is charged the price for one minute of calling for every 60 seconds started as of the connection of the call.
* It is not possible to activate O2 Star, O2 Spolu services, and O2 SMS bundles intended for O2 Fajn and O2 TXT tariffs.
* The customer cannot use their selected benefit for calling and sending SMS messages to premium rate numbers (audiotext services, Premium SMS, MMS, and DMS) and for data calling. Customers are billed special rates for these services.
* The adding of credit when switching from postpaid to prepaid service does not establish the claim for provision of the benefit.
* Misuse of benefits provided by the O2 NA!PIŠTE and NA!HLAS tariffs means any interconnection, forwarding, artificial or automatic generating of calls and SMS messages, a deliberate decrease of network quality by automatically generated calls, the use of benefits primarily with the aim to gain any unauthorized financial or other unauthorized benefit in the favor of the customer or a third party, or the use of benefits in an extent unusual for customer's standard behavior, this means e.g. in an extent of greater than 10,000 minutes during the period for which the benefit is being used.
* If the services cease to be provided, the unused credit is withdrawn and the Provider will not refund its value.
