- you will immediately receive an SMS with instructions for setting up O2 Info Limit
- the minimum limit is CZK 300, the maximum is CZK 9,999
How it works
Once you have set your monthly spending limit with O2 Info Limit you can call and send messages without worries. An informative text message will provide you with a summary of your expenditures.
You receive a text message
1) as soon as you have spent 80% of the limit you set for yourself in one billing period
2) as soon as your calling and SMS costs reach 100% of your limit in one billing period
O2 Info Limit does not restrict you in any way; you can call and send messages even after you go over your limit. You can increase and decrease it whenever you want and thus keep your costs under control at all times. If you do not make changes to O2 Info Limit for the next billing period, the last limit you set remains valid.
What is calculated
O2 Info Limit calculates your expenses on calling, sending messages, data, and roaming* outside the framework of monthly and one-time fees.
* Data roaming calculations may be delayed a few days.
What is not calculated
O2 Info Limit does not calculate monthly and one-time fees (e.g. the monthly fee for O2 Internet on Your Mobile) into the amount spent.
