These terms and conditions are designed to help our non-Czech customers understand the terms of service. Please refer to the Czech version of this page for the complete, legally binding terms and conditions.
This tariff can be obtained by anyone (who has a citizen ID number - RČ ) aged 6 to 26 years.
When a customer uses a Special Offer for the purchase of a subsidized mobile phone, they commit to using O2 mobile voice services, and to paying a monthly fee that matches or exceeds their selected minimum monthly commitment, for 24 months.
If the subscriber breaks their commitment, Telefónica has the right to request the payment of a contractual penalty according to article 13.7 of VP. The contractual penalty amounts to the sum total of monthly fees for all started months remaining until the end of the commitment specified in the Special Offer.. The remaining time of the commitment is calculated from the moment when the request for the early termination of the Special Offer was submitted, or from the moment the request for termination of service provision was submitted.
If the subscriber delays the payment of their bills for longer than 65 days, the remaining time of the commitment starts as soon as the notification period has expired; in other cases at the moment when the commitment is broken. After proper fulfillment of the commitment the subscriber may use the tariff even after the agreed period, up to the age of 26 years.
The Special Offer of a Subsidized Tariff can be combined with a Special Offer of a Subsidized Phone. If the subscriber breaks their commitment, Telefónica has the right to request the payment of a contractual penalty according to article 13.7 of VP.
A subscriber who activates the O2 [:kůl:] tariff with a 24-month commitment can cancel the tariff within the first two months of the commitment without a contractual penalty and, if applicable, can return to a prepaid O2 card, if they were using O2 prepaid services originally. This option is not available to subscribers who buy a subsidized phone as part of the special offer.
Each subscriber who meets the requirements can activate this tariff only on one SIM card and cannot have O2 Pohoda or O2 Pohoda Simple tariff activated on his citizen ID number (RČ) also.
Changing to O2 [:kůl:] tariff from O2 Pohoda or O2 Pohoda Simple tariff is possible at the earliest six months before the Special Offer, or after the Special Offer has ended.
