When do you refund my O2 Zero tariff guarantee?

If you pay your invoices on time you get your guarantee automatically after three months. We deduct the money from your billing in the upcoming invoices.

Can I find out how much I've spent before the billing period ends?

Yes. You can get data about your expenses and information about used free minutes and SMS on O2 Cost Control service, even during the billing period. More information about O2 Cost Control

How do I extend my contract?

You can extend your contract at an O2 Shop or by calling us on 800 02 02 02.
