Tariff O2 Pohoda Simple is not for new customers, however stays active for those who already have it. You can try new tariff O2 [:kůl:].
This tariff is valid for:
- a new tariff activation
- migration of a number from prepaid to postpaid services
- migration from O2 Tandem to O2 Pohoda Simple
- You can get the tariffs if you sign a 12-month contract.
- It is possible to change the tariff to a different one during the 12-month contract period.
- Once the 12-month contract period has expired the customer can keep the same contract (if they are 15 or older and if they can provide confirmation of studies) or they can use a different tariff, including those that enable them to purchase a subsidized mobile phone.
- Credit within the tariff is an amount in CZK that can be used as the customer wishes for making calls (including video calls) and sending SMS messages throughout the Czech Republic. Other services (such as roaming, data downloading, or sending MMS messages) are not drawn from this credit and the customer is billed for them separately.
- The credit cannot be transferred to the next billing period.
- The credit is drawn according to the calling rates and SMS fees of the tariff.
- Once the customer has used all their credit, they pay for all services based on their tariff's prices. Calling rates with this tariff are the same when calling the O2 network or calling other networks in the Czech Republic.
- Call billing is 60 + 30. This means that the customer is charged for the first minute then billing per 30 seconds applies.
- The tariff can be activated at all brand stores as well as the stores of O2 dealers.
- Tariffs can be changed at brand stores.
- Migration from the old Pohoda tariff to the new O2 Pohoda Simple tariff can be done via the automated voice system (accessed phone number *11).
- Migration from current postpaid tariffs (MAX, Standard, Simple) is not possible.
The promotional credit
- can be used in the same way as the basic tariff credit, i.e. for making calls, including video calls, and sending SMS messages in the Czech Republic. Other services (such as roaming, data downloading, or sending MMS messages) cannot be drawn from the credit, the customer is billed for them separately.
- is added to the customer's account immediately upon activation, it is part of the offer, is based on the billing period, and it can be used for three calendar months from the date of activation.
- is used once the free credit from tariff, along with any free units from Top packages and units gained from O2 Benefit points, has been used up.
- cannot be transferred to the next billing period.
- is drawn from the calling rate and the fee for sending SMS messages in the tariff.
- If the number is transferred to a different customer, the original customer loses their right to the credit.
- If an account is merged/divided, the promo credit claim does not expire.
- The offer is valid through all standard sales channels.
